The above travel packages are per person in AUD and include:

Adult economy United L/W class Earlybird airfare Sydney to Denver – book by 29th July and purchase ticket within 40 days of booking or by the 29th July. Seats at this fare are limited.
Fare is non refundable once ticket is issued, and outbound flights not changeable after ticketing. Full conditions will be advised by Travelplan.
Allowance of $670 for airfare taxes and fuel surcharge included in cost, subject to change.
7 Nights stay at selected Beaver Creek properties including taxes and service charges. Apartments will allow day use on your departure day at extra charge.
Return transportation between Denver Airport and Beaver Creek.
6 Day lift pass which covers Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone.

Stay & Ski Longer!

Our special APAC accommodation rates are available for seven days prior or after the Conference. Ski Longer! If you are skiing for more than 10 days, our amazing season pass gives you unlimited skiing, season long at the four Colorado resorts, Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone, plus Heavenly Valley in California. The cost is only $111 per person, additional to your included 6 day pass and must be booked and paid for before the 31st May!

Registration not only includes attendance at our interesting and informative conference sessions, but attendance at all of our organised activities for all the family.
